Get to Know Gusto!

You may have not heard of Gusto yet, but you most likely have heard of ZenPayroll.  ZenPayroll has changed its name to Gusto and has expanded its offerings to include health insurance benefits and workers’ compensation that are fully integrated with their premier payroll service.  These added services make Gusto a one stop shop for bring your payroll function into compliance as well as an incredible application process payroll and make employees happy.

Why many accountants, including myself, love Gusto is it’s rock star payroll application.  Gusto makes setting up and running payroll a breeze and they back up their beautiful software with an amazing support team that makes the most complicated payroll situations pain free.  They also have a great employee interface that allows employees to self on-board and keeps a history of paystubs and tax documents so that employees always have the payroll information they need on hand.

I first learned about Gusto’s payroll product when I was charged by a client to setup a new payroll for a company they were starting.  I was working with the client’s legacy payroll provider, but after filling out the same information on a large stack of paper and having the legacy payroll provider provide inadequate support, I figured there must be a better way.  I found Gusto and in a matter of a few minutes, I had payroll setup and ready to go for my client’s new company.    From their on out, I have used Gusto for all of my client’s payroll needs.

Now Gusto has added two new services in heath benefits and workers compensation.  Gusto brings the ease and beauty of their payroll product to these new services.  Because these new services are fully integrated with payroll, it makes the enrollment and compliance seamless.

I highly recommend Gusto to all of my clients as it is the only payroll solution in the marketplace that makes handling payroll compliance fun and stress free!
