Steps To Startup Success
Creating your business from the ground up takes a lot of work. We know, we’ve done it too. Over the years Lance CPA Group has grown from a one man startup CPA firm to an eight person team that is thriving and growing. Partnering with our own story, we’ve worked with a myriad of startup clients- tech based startups, coffee roasteries, craft breweries- the list goes on. Along the way we’ve learned several tips to help small businesses get started. We love seeing our startup clients succeed and helping them bring their dreams to reality. From brainstorming sessions, to legal entities, to the grand opening, we love it all!
Here’s the downside. There are many accountants/firms that claim to work with small businesses. However, their definition of small business might not be the same as your definition of small business- especially if you are a startup. We’ve heard horror stories of startups who were told they had to dish out loads of money and then had their accountant not deliver on the promised services. Often, without the right advice, these poor business owners have failed before they’ve even gotten started. You can learn a little more about how that makes us feel here. You may be a little further along on the startup journey and are ready to have some outsourced help. If you are ready to hire on a monthly bookkeeper, you can read more about our pricing model here.
If you aren’t ready to invest in a monthly accounting service, perhaps you need a little guidance as to where to start and knowledge on “must haves” or “to-dos” when building your startup. Lance CPA Group has created a tool for just this endeavor. We want to offer you a free infographic that will steer you in the right direction with your business. It’s full of helpful information about the top things you need to consider when building from the ground up.
The best part about this, it’s totally free. Yep, you don’t have to pay a dime. If this seems like something you would love to have at your fingertips, follow this link.
In the meantime, keep on keepin’ on. Your ambition and drive to see your startup business succeed is what keeps us going. Pursue those dreams and perhaps, one day, we’ll learn more about your story over a warm cup of coffee or a freshly tapped brew!
